Your personal information :

This page contains the information that you confirmed when you created your account (name, company, billing address, email, VAT number, website etc…)

You can modify those data when you want considering that they appear on your invoice. The mentioned email is where you will receive your invoices in a pdf forma. We do not send any invoice on paper by post.

 

Order follow-up :

This page allows you to follow constantly and in a real-time your account activity: order (and its contain), order date, total amount, state of payment, shipping date, tracking number, duplicate invoice request, etc…

 

Your saved cart :

In this section you can directly access to the carts you saved previously. This is a very useful function if you often place the same kind of orders or if you place an order in several steps (for example you start an order on the evening and finish it the next day).

 

Special operation :

When you enjoy a credit note or a promotional amount, this is the part where you will be able to convert your points into Euros. Then, you obtain a discount code that you will just have to copy and paste in your basket.

Please, read carefully the color code used for each item. Those colors help you to have specific indications regarding availabilities, delivery times, temporary or definitive out-of-stock items, as well as current offers (-30%). All the following information show our stock in real-time with a weekly data crossing (done every Tuesday morning) with the computer system of Leg Avenue Inc. USA. When you mouse over one of the color codes, some additional information are provided (US and France rough delivery time).

The orders are exclusively placed via our website. We will not confirm any order placed by fax, email or over the phone. Once you are logged in our website, it is very easy to place an order.


Classic orders:

You need to add each item that you wish to order and confirm the quantity needed. All our prices are indicated exclusive of tax. According to the destination country of the goods, taxes as VAT will automatically be added according to the current rate at the end of the order process.

Our stocks are handled in real-time in order to optimize order flow customers/providers.

Bulky orders :

We recommend our customers to use the Excel file existing in the“basket” page in case of a bulky order. This file allows you to indicate directly the references and quantities needed and confirm in one single click your basket in our computer system.

  • Off-line credit card by Fax or via Phone (Visa – MasterCard)

Please, do not forget to take note of your order number. Thanks to this means of payment, shipping time is reduced to its minimum if your call is made by one hour after you placed the order.

  • 30 day payment

Only customers who have done this request can use this means of payment. This request must have been accepted by our insurance: AXA. This means of payment allows you to pay your orders 30 days after the billing date. The minimum amount of your order must be over 750€, and subject to non-overrun of the authorized outstanding amount by AXA.

You should receive an answer by 24 working hours for France, and 72 working hours for other European countries.

 

7 - Order processing :

Functions of the total, partial or zero availability of the items included in your order, it will follow a different process: cases analyzed below concern an order already paid.

 

  • All the items of your order are in stock :

The order goes automatically to production in our Logistics, without any intervention. If this order arrives in our computer system before 9 am (except on weekend), it will shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 9 am, will be shipped the next day

 

  • One part of your items is in stock :

We step in your order and force the preparation of the available items. Attention: At least 20% of your order (in pieces) must be available to activate this process! Except in some exceptional cases, the preparation will be done. A back order will be generated for all non-available items and shipped after our US reception. (See below regarding orders and back orders handling and parcel gathering).

 

  • No item is available :

We will deal with this order only after our next US reception (from 1 to 30 days).


Time for setting in preparation after a US delivery – Parcel gathering :

Our « normal » delivery times, after an order paid and totally available, are spread from 12 to 24 hours, (except on weekend) but the applied rule after a Us reception (once or twice a month) can modify those times.

Before each reception form Leg Avenue USA, you are informed by email of :

  • The exact delivery date.
  • The term when all shipments are blocked (except for Drop Ship).

In fact, the reception of the Leg Avenue products contain between 150.000 and 300.000 pieces, once or twice a month. Those high volumes require time so our logistic team can work qualitatively: they need to scan the items, check them, stock them and finally ship them. In order to optimize your orders and back orders management, we freeze all shipments for around 3 days (except for drop shipping orders). During those 3 days, our stock is evolving according to the movements registered (visible movements in real-time on the number of items in stock in the products’ files). At the same time, our computer system is gathering stock and automatically completing your orders or back orders as the new items are included in our stock.

After those 3 days, the process being over, our computer system creates a huge preparationincluding your various orders and/or back orders with the aim to do one single global shipment instead of several small shipments. This system avoids having several parcels, with several tracking numbers and at the end, several problems… This process allows us to send you those back order’s items for free.

US reception flows being significant (between 1000 and 2000 professional parcels), our Logistics team deals with preparation forms according to the day they have been placed.

Example : You place an incomplete order on Monday 1st January

  • We receive our new stock on Tuesday 2nd January so our shipments are freeze.
  • Stocking is over on Thursday 4th January.
  • Your order is completed with the US reception and is shipped on Friday 5th January.
  • You should receive your order (via Exapaq) on Tuesday 9th January

One weekend can put back your order of 2 days…

 

Particular case for Classic Drop Shipping :

An order placed in Drop shipping must contain only available items in our stock ! No back orders are generated for Drop Shipping orders.
